Description
Acrisure is hiring an experienced OCIP Safety Manager to oversee construction-site safety across multiple active projects operating under an Owner Controlled Insurance Program. The role serves as the primary on-site safety resource, conducting inspections and audits, monitoring OSHA and OCIP compliance, investigating incidents, coordinating with contractors and project teams, preparing safety reports, and supporting regulatory interactions. The position requires at least five years of heavy construction safety experience, CHST certification, regular travel between sites, and strong communication and reporting skills. It is a hybrid role with an on-site presence and a base compensation range of $110,000 to $135,000.
