Description
The On-Site Safety Specialist will implement, monitor, and enforce health, safety, and environmental programs across active construction projects, spending approximately 90% of the time in the field. The role conducts safety audits, accident and incident investigations, behavioral safety observations, atmospheric monitoring, toolbox talks, hazard mitigation, permit and rescue-plan support, incident reporting, and enforcement of site-specific safety plans. It requires 3–7 years of construction safety experience, OSHA 30 certification, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid state driver’s license.
