Description
The On-Site Safety Specialist will implement, monitor, and enforce health, safety, and environmental programs across active construction projects, spending approximately 90% of the time in the field. The role conducts safety audits, incident investigations, behavioral observations, atmospheric monitoring, toolbox talks, hazard mitigation, permit and rescue-plan support, and regulatory reporting while managing day-to-day construction safety operations and serving as a liaison between the company, subcontractors, clients, and project teams.
