OJ Insulation is hiring a Fireplace Sales Representative to generate leads, present and demonstrate fireplace insulation and fireproofing products, assess customer needs, prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales with builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners. The role requires frequent travel to customer and construction sites, standing and walking, and occasional lifting of materials weighing up to 25–30 pounds. The position offers a $55,000–$75,000 base salary plus commissions and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
