OJ Insulation is hiring a Residential Insulation Sales Representative to generate new business, conduct in-home insulation and gutter assessments, provide estimates, manage the sales cycle, build relationships with builders and contractors, coordinate with installation teams, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires construction-sales experience or related building-materials knowledge, residential construction expertise, communication and negotiation skills, basic plan-reading ability, a valid driver’s license, and comfort working in homes and jobsite environments. Compensation is $55,000–$75,000 base salary plus commissions, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
