The role also manages budgets, financial reporting, audits, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and change management, while collaborating with business development, engineering, and project management teams. A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or a related field and five years of related professional experience are required; leadership experience is preferable, and strong communication, project management, software, and change-management skills are needed.
