Nscale is hiring a Construction Security Senior Program Manager to lead security for its Kvandal campus in Narvik, Norway. The role is permanently on-site and serves as the primary security representative during construction, coordinating with general contractors, construction management, security integrators, engineering teams, and local stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing access control, contractor management, incident response, security procedures, physical security systems, risk mitigation, project reporting, and the transition to operational security. The position requires at least seven years of relevant physical or data center security experience, program management skills, and strong communication and risk-resolution abilities.
