Securitas is hiring a Construction Security Site Lead to serve as the on-site operational leader for security services supporting active construction operations in a data center environment. The role oversees daily security operations, enforces protocols and safety standards, conducts site walkthroughs, supervises first-line supervisors and officers, supports staffing and scheduling, and maintains visibility across shifts. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, prior supervisory experience, Texas security licensing eligibility, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to work in active construction environments. The position offers an annual pay range of $70,000 to $72,000, weekly pay, and medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees.
