Gardner Builders is hiring a full-time Senior Project Manager to lead multiple commercial construction projects across healthcare, commercial interiors, industrial, higher education, historical/repositioning, mission-critical, and life sciences markets. The role manages scope, schedule, budget, quality, contracts, risk, financial performance, bidding, estimating, change orders, procurement, project teams, and closeout, while building client relationships and generating new business. Candidates need at least eight years of progressive experience leading commercial construction projects with a general contractor, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering or equivalent experience, and proficiency with construction management and scheduling tools. The position is in-person in downtown Milwaukee, with most office work and regular active job-site visits, and offers an annual salary of $125,000–$160,000 plus a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
