Pritchard Industries is hiring a Construction Services Lead to perform janitorial and facility-cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and restroom and break-room cleaning. The role is full-time, pays $21.00 per hour, requires 40 hours per week with Monday through Friday hours and weekends as needed, and includes health benefits, life insurance, long-term disability, FSA, dependent spending care, and a 401K. Candidates should follow supervisor instructions, be able to lift at least 50 pounds, have reliable transportation, and ideally have prior cleaning or janitor experience; training is provided.
