Description
QuestMark Construction Services is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee field operations for large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects throughout North America. The role involves onsite supervision from mobilization through closeout, subcontractor and field-crew management, schedule and milestone monitoring, site meetings, documentation, material and equipment coordination, issue resolution, and compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements. The position requires frequent travel and the ability to manage multiple projects, with a preference for experience in resinous flooring, polished concrete, coatings, or specialty trade contractors.
