Description
The employer is seeking a Construction Services Supervisor to coordinate and supervise basic maintenance and services work performed by a team of operators in Paso de los Toros. The role serves as the permanent point of contact with the client, receives and prioritizes work requests, plans and distributes tasks, oversees progress, quality, and safety, manages resources, identifies new needs, and reports deviations or additional requirements. The position requires construction-related training, at least three years of leadership or supervisory experience in construction or industry, and on-site availability.
