Kotter Bau GmbH is hiring a Construction Site Assistant to support skilled tradespeople on construction sites in Mils and the Innsbruck region. The role involves masonry, formwork, paving, material transport, site preparation and cleanup, site setup and securing, and other hands-on construction tasks. Experience in construction is an advantage but not required; practical skills, physical resilience, reliability, team spirit, a Class B driver’s license, and sufficient German language skills are preferred or required. The position offers flexible part-time or full-time employment, varied projects, and fair compensation.
