Description
The role coordinates and controls construction work from the initial meeting through handover and acceptance, working with construction and project management teams. Responsibilities include quality management, material testing, plan reviews, subcontractor coordination, on-site safety, and defect management. The position requires a completed technical or trade apprenticeship in construction, several years of professional construction-site experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel or relocate within the greater Baden-Württemberg, Hesse, and Saarland region.
