The role leads construction crews on site, assigns work, ensures occupational health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance, coordinates with clients and project partners, prepares site documentation and measurements, and contributes to project execution. It requires a technical construction qualification or civil engineering degree, relevant construction experience, team leadership, technical and cost-conscious judgment, MS Office proficiency, a B/BE driving license, willingness to travel within North Rhine-Westphalia, and fluent German at C1 level.
