Description
The Construction Site Helper supports rotary, mobile, and anchor drilling crews on construction sites in the NRW region, assisting with shoring systems, pile foundations, pile walls, and ground anchoring. The role may include operating excavators up to 15 t, wheel loaders, and other equipment, and requires a B/BE driver’s license, outdoor physical resilience, safety awareness, German skills, and willingness to travel to sites. It offers an indefinite employment contract, hourly pay of €18–22 gross, vacation, training, and other benefits.
