The role leads a construction crew or column, prepares and manages construction sites, plans and controls construction processes, coordinates with site management, supports client and authority relations, schedules personnel and resources cost-effectively, and implements occupational safety and environmental protection measures. It requires vocational training in road construction or transport routes, certified or comparable construction-site qualifications, a driver’s license class B, and preferably construction-machinery and PC skills.
