Description
The staffing partner is hiring for two permanent Construction Site Management / Construction Supervision roles for civil engineering structures. Responsibilities include preparing invitations to tender, ensuring quality project implementation, coordinating schedules and on-site construction execution, monitoring scope, costs, deadlines, and change orders, coordinating with clients and technical planners, and serving as a regional point of contact. Candidates need a civil engineering or related degree, comprehensive on-site construction supervision experience, knowledge of supplementary work and change order management, and familiarity with VOB/A, VOB/B, VOB/C, and iTWO. The positions are based in Düsseldorf and another Frankfurt-region vacancy.
