Description
The Construction Site Manager will oversee the administrative, technical, and organizational follow-up of sustainable residential construction projects. Responsibilities include planning construction stages, coordinating materials and trades, preparing site files, communicating with clients and subcontractors, monitoring progress and budgets, and ensuring deadlines and contractual commitments are met. The role requires a construction or engineering degree or significant sector experience, technical building knowledge, organization, communication skills, and proficiency with standard computer tools.
