The role manages teams, subcontractors, and suppliers; plans and organizes construction stages; monitors technical, administrative, and financial aspects; checks quality and compliance with plans and specifications; enforces safety rules; and participates in site meetings with internal and external stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in construction, administrative rigor, tendering knowledge, computer proficiency, and independent priority management are required, while knowledge of the technical or industrial sector is an asset.
