Description
The Construction Site Manager will manage and deliver construction projects by studying plans, preparing sites, developing schedules and work methodologies, coordinating site supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, quality, production, and performance targets. The role requires daily on-site presence, progress reporting, and communication with management, along with a university-level technical education, at least 10 years of relevant construction experience, French fluency, and proven coaching skills.
