The Construction Site Manager supports site management with technical and commercial matters, performs on-site measurements and billing, prepares as-built drawings and reports, coordinates subcontractors and trades, and reviews supplier invoices. The role requires construction-related training, IT skills including iTWO and CAD, negotiation and organizational abilities, a driver’s license, and strong communication skills. It offers a gross salary of €3,593.00 per month plus a company vehicle with private-use option.
