Description
The Construction Site Manager will lead the technical, quality-focused, and timely execution of construction projects involving security and building technology, including fire and burglary alarm systems, public address systems, and sensor-based solutions. The role directs employees, trainees, subcontractors, and suppliers; manages personnel and materials; coordinates with designers, project managers, and specialist departments; oversees budgeting, risk control, inspections, handovers, change orders, and invoicing. Candidates need completed specialist vocational training or comparable qualification, experience in security technology, knowledge of relevant standards and building regulations, MS Office proficiency, and a valid class B driver’s license.
