Description
The employer is seeking several Construction Site Managers for a well-known client on a permanent basis. The role supervises building services systems during the HOAI performance phase 8, performs quality assurance or condition assessments, manages cost estimates and controls, coordinates schedules and commissioning, and handles documentation, negotiations, and communication. Candidates need a relevant engineering or technician qualification, at least five years of site-supervision experience, project-management and VOB B/C knowledge, German at C1, and preferably team-leading experience.
