exsos is hiring a permanent full-time Construction Site Manager to independently manage turnkey care properties in modern solid timber construction. The role covers construction process management, quality, schedules, costs, subcontractor coordination, legal and safety compliance, and project handover, with work primarily in Thuringia and possible nationwide assignments. Candidates need a civil engineering degree, building technician training, or master craftsman qualification, several years of independent construction site management experience, strong German skills, and experience with construction software and MS Office.
