Description
The role manages technical defect and warranty processing after new-build projects, including property walk-throughs, acceptances, defect documentation, subcontractor coordination, and monitoring of rectification. It serves as the central contact for purchasers, property management, subcontractors, project management, and internal specialist departments. The position requires a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable technical qualification, plus experience in site management, ideally in residential, new-build, or turnkey construction, along with knowledge of defect processing, contracts, change orders, and German construction law.
