Description
The role manages and leads predominantly regional design-and-build construction projects across residential, office, industrial, and commercial building construction. Responsibilities include construction award planning, coordinating and leading project teams and subcontractors, client and stakeholder communication, and supporting process development such as BIM. The position requires a civil engineering, architecture, or comparable technician qualification, construction-site-management experience, a valid class B driver’s license, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
