Description
The role manages construction sites in accordance with HOAI Phase 8, coordinating contractors and technical stakeholders, preparing and monitoring project schedules, estimating and controlling costs, reviewing variations and invoices, conducting acceptance inspections, and overseeing quality control and quality assurance. Candidates need a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field, at least five years of construction-site or project-management experience, knowledge of construction law and individual trades, and strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and assertiveness skills.
