Description
The employer is hiring a Construction Site Manager for its Wood Module Construction business unit. The role oversees production of wood modules, their installation, turnkey fit-out, technical project processing, billing and accounting, site-team leadership, coordination of engineering offices, suppliers and subcontractors, project management, and procurement and contract negotiations. Candidates need a completed civil engineering degree, ideally further training as a state-certified building-construction or structural-engineering technician or a bricklayer and reinforced-concrete master-builder qualification, and experience in turnkey construction. The position offers mobile working, a company car, further training, and a permanent employment contract.
