Description
The role is responsible for the operational delivery of above-ground and turnkey construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, managing technical, contractual, and commercial objectives, preparing tenders, monitoring schedules and invoicing, handling authority and client handovers, and assessing change orders. It requires a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable technical qualification, several years of construction-site-manager experience, nationwide project willingness, MS Office proficiency, knowledge of German construction law, strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluent German and English.
