The client is hiring a Construction Site Manager to manage earthworks, roads, and civil engineering projects in the Münster / Osnabrück region. The role includes leading construction site managers, monitoring costs, schedules, bids, and project controls, planning and documenting construction, coordinating subcontractors, negotiating with subcontractors and clients, supporting variation orders, processing site correspondence, and coordinating billing, quantity take-offs, and site handover.
