Description
The Construction Site Manager coordinates and supervises construction work for existing buildings, including roof, façade, window refurbishment, and full-scale renovations. The role covers planning, technical supervision, quantity take-offs, invoice review, variation and change-order assessment, and coordination among specialists and other parties. Requirements include a completed technician or civil engineering qualification, VOB knowledge, practical construction experience, knowledge of materials and structural systems, a Class B or 3 driver’s license, PC skills, and experience with Orca-AVA software.
