Description
The Construction Site Manager will independently manage renovation, conversion, and new-build projects for a family-run real estate company in the Schweinfurt region. Responsibilities include coordinating general contractors and trades, monitoring quality, costs, and deadlines, liaising with architects, planners, authorities, and executing companies, supporting contractor awards, conducting site inspections and acceptances, documenting projects, and collaborating with management on technical and commercial decisions. The role requires relevant construction training, experience in construction site management, knowledge of new-build or renovation projects, strong communication skills, and a class B driver’s license. It is a permanent full-time position based at WSW Real Estate GmbH, with a company car, mobile phone, laptop, and performance-based compensation.
