Description
PohlCon is hiring multiple Construction Site Managers to independently manage nationwide large-scale construction projects from planning through completion. The role covers technical and commercial responsibility, schedule, cost, and quality monitoring; stakeholder coordination; material and resource management; installation and subcontractor support; site inspections; and VOB-compliant project delivery. Candidates need technical vocational training, knowledge of construction regulations and VOB, subcontractor experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and willingness to travel. The position offers an unlimited employment contract, a fixed salary of 43,700 EUR to 48,100 EUR plus commission, vacation and Christmas bonuses, mobile working technology, workwear, protective equipment, and a company car.
