The role covers health, safety, and environmental compliance; resource and equipment coordination; budget and contractual management; client, subcontractor, supplier, invoicing, and overdraft oversight; performance monitoring; operational optimization; and team organization, training, recruitment, and evaluations. The ideal candidate has a relevant master's or bachelor's degree or similar experience, road construction experience, and team management experience.
