The employer is hiring a Construction Site Manager in Tournai for a temporary agency contract with a view to a permanent contract. The role leads and supervises industrial electrical construction-site operations, coordinates people and materials, manages inventory and deliveries, monitors schedules and client requirements, and maintains team dynamics. Candidates need electrical or electromechanical education, at least 10 years of industrial electricity experience, team-management experience, strong planning and communication skills, and a commitment to HSE compliance. The position offers daytime Monday-to-Friday hours, a 40-hour workweek, internal training, and a negotiable gross salary of €22 per hour.
