Description
The role manages construction sites and projects independently, overseeing quality, schedule, cost, execution planning, personnel and machinery resources, material and subcontractor procurement, equipment allocation, client coordination, on-site operations, project documentation, closure, and change orders. It requires a civil engineering or comparable qualification, several years of construction management or project-business experience, MS Office skills, knowledge of VOB, a Class B driver’s license, and strong organizational and communication abilities.
