Schmitt Schlüsselfertigbau GmbH is hiring a full-time, permanent Construction Site Manager to independently oversee the technical execution of custom solid-construction home projects. The role coordinates subcontractors and trades, monitors quality, schedule, cost, progress, safety, and handovers, reviews construction documents, and documents defects and meetings. Candidates should have construction technician or master bricklayer training or comparable vocational training, with single-family, two-family, multi-family, or turnkey construction experience advantageous.
