Description
The Construction Site Manager will plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering and road/traffic infrastructure construction activities in Villach. Responsibilities include assigning site personnel, recording working hours, conducting surveying and staking, coordinating materials, maintaining site records, supporting client and authority communications, attending schedule meetings, and implementing occupational safety measures. The role requires construction trade school or master craft training, ideally foreman or team-leader experience, a class B driver’s license, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Compensation is stated as at least €80,000 gross per year under the current construction collective agreement.
