Wing is hiring a remote Construction Site Launch Manager based in the United States, with up to 50% travel, to deploy Wing Nests nationwide. The role owns GC contracts and material budgets, manages field workflows from permits through operational handover, optimizes deployment playbooks and operational tracking, coordinates with leadership and cross-functional teams, and mentors field coordinators and deployment specialists. Candidates need at least three years of relevant construction, field operations, site deployment, or multi-site vendor management experience, along with budget, vendor, playbook, and project-tracking experience. The full-time position pays $116,000–$154,000 USD plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
