The employer is hiring a Construction Site Manager (Building Construction) – Construction Technician / Master Bricklayer to independently manage and execute building construction projects from preparation through handover and acceptance. The role leads the site team, schedules staff, coordinates subcontractors and external partners, monitors costs, quality, and deadlines, performs measurement and invoice review, and serves as the contact for clients, architects, and specialist planners. Candidates should be trained construction technicians or master bricklayers with professional on-site experience, ideally with construction management experience. The position offers a permanent unlimited contract, €55,000–€80,000 per year, flexible working hours, and other benefits.
