The role coordinates clients, project teams, internal specialist departments, and sales; manages project teams and on-site processes; and monitors cost, schedule, quality, scope, and documentation. Candidates need construction training or a degree, several years of project leadership experience, familiarity with standards and building regulations, strong communication skills, and German proficiency.
