FERCHAU is hiring a Construction Site Manager for Building Services Engineering (TGA) to manage demanding construction projects, coordinate and oversee construction work, conduct tenders, control costs, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and quality standards. The role requires a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field, or equivalent vocational training, extensive project and construction management experience, knowledge of HOAI and VOB regulations, practical experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Allplan, or comparable software, and strong German and English language skills. The position offers permanent employment, a company pension plan, and the option to work remotely depending on the client company.
