Mainka Bau GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a Construction Site Manager specializing in building services engineering and electrical engineering. The role oversees specialist construction supervision, coordinates and manages construction sites, supports HOAI planning phases 3–5, recruits subcontractors, estimates costs, prepares bills of quantities, participates in customer discussions, and supports warranty-period projects. Candidates need a state-certified technician or master craftsperson qualification in energy and building services engineering or a comparable technical qualification, several years of experience delivering building services systems, knowledge of DIN standards, CAD and Windows skills, and cross-disciplinary teamwork.
