Description
The role is responsible for the technical and economic execution of buried pipeline construction projects, including preparing orders, scheduling personnel and equipment, managing in-house staff and subcontractors, ensuring occupational safety, monitoring quality, costs, and deadlines, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and handling performance measurement, quantity surveying, billing, and documentation. Candidates need a relevant civil, mechanical, industrial, process, or pipeline/civil engineering degree or equivalent technician qualification, at least two years of experience in buried pipeline construction or a comparable industry, strong teamwork and planning skills, and good MS Office skills.
