A family-run construction company is seeking a Construction Site Manager for civil engineering and building works. The role is responsible for independently preparing, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring assigned construction sites, managing internal teams and project stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines, execution quality, technical and organizational requirements, and health and safety rules are met. The position requires at least five years of successful experience in a similar construction site management role, along with strong organization, anticipation, communication, autonomy, and commitment to high-quality work.
