GECAD is hiring a Construction Site Manager / Client Representative – Site Development to manage industrial construction, structural works, and turnkey building projects at the Paderborn site. The role covers project control from planning and tendering through awarding, negotiations, construction execution, acceptance, and handover, while coordinating trades, contractors, service providers, planning partners, schedules, costs, and quality. The position is full-time, available immediately, and requires a relevant civil engineering, architecture, construction management, building physics, or construction-sector qualification plus several years of construction or infrastructure project experience.
