Description
GECAD is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager / Client Representative – Site Development to represent the client and manage a comprehensive new-build industrial site in the greater Cottbus area. The role coordinates architects, planners, construction companies, service providers, and other stakeholders; monitors construction work; and controls costs, schedules, and quality. It is available immediately on a full-time basis with a 38-hour week, home-office option, and six-figure compensation.
