Ambrock is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage construction projects involving corrosion protection, fire protection coating, and concrete restoration and coating from planning through delivery. The role includes customer acquisition and retention, project execution, rehabilitation concepts, cost estimation, invoicing, quality control, occupational safety, scheduling, and cost monitoring. Candidates need a civil engineering degree, master painter and varnisher qualification, cost-estimation and site-execution experience, commercial and technical qualifications, communication and negotiation skills, MS Office proficiency, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The position offers an annual gross salary of approximately €52,000–€75,000, variable performance-based compensation, a company car, smartphone, laptop or tablet, pension arrangements, training, and other benefits.
