Description
The employer is hiring a Construction Site Manager for engineering and civil engineering projects in Berlin, Brandenburg, and parts of northern Germany, working in close cooperation with Deutsche Bahn. The role owns end-to-end project execution from planning and preparation through invoicing and settlement, including contract management, costing, change orders, work preparation, schedule and cost control, and coordination with clients, architects, contractors, and project partners. The position also oversees and supports junior construction site managers and offers BIM and home-office options. Candidates need a civil engineering or architecture degree and 5–6 years of relevant construction site or project management experience, along with knowledge of RIB iTWO.
